MA/LPN Part-time Weekdays (Sylvania in Toledo, IA

MALPN needed for busy family practice office in Sylvania area off Central Ave. This is a part time job of two - 3 days per week with extra time to cover staffing needs during vacations. Duties include all related to patient care--obtaining vitals, giving injections and immunizations, obtaining patient histories. Charts are all being converted to electronic records so background with EHR is a plus. Need to be able to work on computer system to input all data. Other duties involve front office work such as scheduling, checking in and checking out patients, answering phones, and filing both regular and electronic.
